J2EE Developers

For this one she wants to hire about 5 people with this general profile. One will be the lead and she wants Sr, Intermediate, and Jr. people with this type of background. e-commerce and high volume transaction are good

· BS in CS, Mathematics or equivalent work experience · Strong Java skills including working knowledge of J2EE framework : EJB, Servlet, JMS, JDBC, JMX · Experience HTML, JSP · Solid understanding of algorithms, parallel/distributed systems, advanced data structures, computer networking and operating systems. · Strong Weblogic experience including an understanding of caching on Weblogic · Knowledge of the Apache web server, API and internals, is a plus. · Object oriented design experience, Design Patterns, RUP/UML · Experience working in large scale Ecommerce System · Experience working with Multi-Threaded Applications · Experience with SQL coding and strong understanding of database transactions · Experience with Oracle · Significant development experience in a Unix/Linux environment. · Experience with scripting languages (Perl, Python, etc) and/or SOAP desired. · Knowledge of session management, object-relational mapping, XML , web services · Some System Administration experience is a plus · Experience in setting up a new development/production environment is a plus Successful candidate will be a self-starter with experience in large scale web environment.
