CNC Operator

Your Role on Our Team:
The CNC Operator is responsible for producing machined parts by operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine.
You’llbe DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
+ Operate multiple CNC and manual machining equipment and workstations(50%)
+ Load/unload/inspect components to Operational Method Sheets (OMS) by use of proper gaging equipment(40%)
+ Make offsets and adjustments asrequired(20%)
+ Independently adjust andmaintainpart specifications and replenish component components(10%)
+ Inform Facilitator or Department Manager about processes or equipment requiring attention(10%)
+ Complete documentation asrequiredor requested (10%)
+ Participate in completion of continuous improvement projects specifically designed to improve processes, productivity, and quality, especially those related to corrective actions(10%)
+ Adhere to all safety requirements in the work area(10%)
+ Practice 5Ss(5%)
