Seeking bilingual Spanish interpreters in Jackson, MS to facilitate communication for LEP communities across medical, legal, and customer service settings.
- Provide excellent customer service and uphold confidentiality and professionalism according to industry standards.
- Complete required training and participate in ongoing quality assurance.
- Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish, with at least 2 years of interpreting experience preferred.
- Familiarity with interpretation protocols and certifications (e.g., CMI, CCHI) are a plus.
- Must have access to transportation and adhere to all policies and procedures.
