Position Overview
Seeking detail-oriented Product Acceptance Specialists to support quality assurance and product verification activities within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for verifying product conformance to engineering and design requirements, identifying discrepancies, conducting inspections and audits, and supporting corrective action processes.
Ideal candidates will have experience in aerospace, manufacturing quality, inspection, auditing, or regulated production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify product conformance to design and engineering requirements
- Perform inspections, audits, surveillance, and quality monitoring activities
- Identify, document, and track product discrepancies and non-conformances
- Segregate and control non-conforming materials and products
- Conduct preliminary review and disposition of quality issues
- Support customer product and process verification reviews
- Initiate corrective action requests for recurring quality issues
- Maintain objective documentation and inspection records
- Utilize quality systems and reporting tools to support production operations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, quality assurance, or another regulated industry
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be willing and able to work any assigned shift
- High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using precision measurement tools including:
- Calipers
- Micrometers
- Depth gauges
- Thread gauges
- Go/No-Go gauges
- Experience working with CMES systems
- Experience with REDARS and IVT systems
- Aerospace quality inspection experience preferred
