Position Responsibilities:

This role bridges business operations and technology by translating organizational requirements into effective ERP and manufacturing systems solutions. The position will support, configure, develop, and continuously improve Epicor ERP and Advanced MES capabilities while partnering across technical and business teams.

• Partner with stakeholders and end users to gather, document, clarify, and translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Evaluate business processes and workflows to uncover opportunities for greater efficiency, automation, and operational performance.
• Design, configure, develop, and enhance ERP and MES solutions that align system capabilities with evolving business needs.
• Build or modify applications when necessary using programming languages, development tools, databases, and related technologies.
• Perform ETL activities supporting reporting, analytics, system integration, and informed business decision-making.
• Establish data validation and quality controls that maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity across business systems.
• Create and execute test plans, troubleshoot defects, and resolve system issues to ensure solutions perform as intended.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, technical documentation, user guides, and records of system modifications.
• Provide responsive technical support to end users while collaborating with IT teams to maintain system reliability and availability.
• Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements and solutions for varied audiences.
• Monitor emerging technologies and industry practices while recommending enhancements that improve existing systems and business operations.

Position requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in business analysis, software development, enterprise systems, or a closely related role.
• Proficiency with programming and database technologies such as Java, Python, C#, or SQL.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Working knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Familiarity with database management platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Understanding of data modeling, reporting, and visualization technologies such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Epicor ERP.
• Experience implementing or supporting Epicor Advanced MES.
• Project management skills supporting cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Relevant professional certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or ScrumMaster.
