Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, break rooms, hallways, production areas, and common spaces.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces.
Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the facility.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish paper products, soap, and other supplies.
Maintain cleanliness of employee break areas and conference rooms.
Clean windows, doors, walls, and other surfaces as needed.
Monitor and maintain janitorial supply inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishment.
Follow all safety procedures and properly use cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Respond to cleaning requests and facility needs in a timely manner.
Assist with special cleaning projects and facility maintenance tasks as assigned.
Maintain a neat and organized janitorial storage area.
Support company housekeeping initiatives and maintain a professional appearance of the facility.
Requirements
Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to push and pull cleaning equipment and supply carts.
Ability to work in various indoor manufacturing and office environments.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (1st Shift) Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour #IND3
