Phillips Staffing is currently seeking a Janitor for a manufacturing site located in Liberty, SC.
Job Summary:
The Janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility. This position involves general housekeeping duties to ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment for employees and visitors.Essential Functions:- Sweep and mop restrooms; clean commodes, urinals, sinks, and mirrors; empty trash cans
- Refill paper products and soap dispensers as needed
- Sweep and mop canteen area; clean tables; refill napkin holders; ensure condiments are stocked and accessible
- Clean and wipe down canteen machinery
- Maintain restroom and canteen walls free of grease and buildup
- Sweep and maintain cleanliness of employee entrance areas
- Sweep aisles in locker areas and keep locker tops free of trash and debris
- During summer months, prepare liquid drink mix and ensure cups are stocked in the canteen
- Clean and sanitize water fountains
- Sweep and mop quality assurance and supervisor offices
- Vacuum or sweep front offices; dust, mop, and empty trash as needed
- Requisition cleaning supplies as necessary to maintain inventory
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Pay: $16.00/hourShift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
