Paradigm Building Maintenance is looking for a reliable and hardworking Janitor to join our team in Bothell, WA! Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of commercial or residential facilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors throughout assigned buildings
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
Requirements:
- Previous janitorial, custodial, or building maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and vacuums
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation standards, and safety procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation a plus
