Janitor

Janitor – Broomfield, CO

Pay: $21–$22.00/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6am to 2:30pm

We are hiring Cleaning Technicians to support a busy warehouse and office facility. This role is strictly cleaning — no maintenance work required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and has solid experience in janitorial or custodial environments.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and counters

• Replace restroom floor mats as needed; sweep and wipe restroom floors

• Clean breakrooms by wiping tables, counters, and sinks

• Empty trash containers throughout the building (offices, breakrooms, production floor)

• Sweep and dust the lobby area

• Refill dispensers (paper towels, soap, tissue)

• Spot clean walls under soap and paper towel dispensers

• Report broken hardware, lights out, missing items, or anything requiring repair

• Sweep floors and corners; wipe light switches, doors, and frames where grime collects

• Vacuum area rug mats

Job Requirements

• Solid experience in janitorial, custodial, or similar cleaning work

• Strong attention to detail and consistency

• Ability to work independently and follow a structured cleaning routine

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment

• Must be able to bend, lift, stand, and move throughout the shift

• Strictly cleaning — no maintenance duties required

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain cleanliness standards

• Ability to lift and move trash bags, mats, and cleaning supplies

• Strong work ethic and dependability
