Janitor

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility on a regular schedule
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and equipment
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and other janitorial consumables
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of loading docks, warehouses, and office spaces

Requirements:

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures a plus
• Must be able to work in a logistics/warehouse environment
