Janitor - Cleaner

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail.
Previous janitorial / cleaning experience preferred.
Ability to frequently lift, push and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs., and may weigh up to 70 lbs

• Clean and maintain assigned areas by sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and performing general building maintenance.
• Collect, remove, and properly dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Operate floor scrubbers and other custodial equipment safely and effectively.
• Clean, sanitize, service, and restock restrooms and other common areas.
• Collaborate with the custodial team to maintain established cleanliness and safety standards.
• Accurately record completed work and task time using the work order management system.
• Follow all company safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Perform additional custodial and facility maintenance duties as assigned.
