We are seeking independent janitorial contractors and/or commercial cleaning businesses to service temporary this location PetSmart 1934, 300 Water Loop Drive Collegeville
(this is only a temporary position until November 4, 2026)3 days per week; Monday, Wednesday, Friday
shift: 7AM - 9AM
payment 500$ per month
you must be comfortable using an app to clock in, clock out, upload photos, it is mandatory as per the client, app you download from Play Store,
mobile app is mandatory to correctly clock in and out of your PetSmart service locations- This is a cleaning to be done MON/WED/Friday
- Only shift 7am to 9am
- IVR is mandatory via the JAN-IT Mobile app for all services performed under TFG.
- you will be given a link for step-by-step login instructions in both English and Spanish to assist with this transition.
- you must be comfortable to daily clock in and clock out upload cleaning photos, get Manager signature, all to be done through the client app, named Jan IT which you download from Play store.

- Janitorial Closet | Clean and Sanitize Sink, Floor Drain, Walls /
- Every Other Week Task | Restrooms | Scrub Grout With Abrasive Brush
MONTHLY TASKS- Offices, Copy Room, Associate's Lounge, Training Room | Pull out Refrigerator and Clean Area with Virex II /
- Offices, Copy Room, Associate's Lounge, Training Room | Clean and Sanitize Countertops, Sinks, Refrigerator,
- Microwave, Vending Machines, Window Frames
- Offices, Copy Room, Associate's Lounge, Training Room | Dust Horizontal Surfaces, Spot Clean Walls / Tarea
- Janitorial Closet | Vacuum Receiving Area Perimeter, Under and Around Steel Racking, Docks and Doors /

We are interested in:- Independent janitorial contractors or independient experience Janitorial cleaner
- Established commercial cleaning businesses
- Individuals or companies capable of providing consistent, reliable service
- Contractors interested in servicing one location or developing a route of multiple nearby locations
- Contractors with dependable transportation and the ability to meet an every-other-week service schedule
