Job Title: Janitor / Facility Maintenance Assistant
Location: Camarillo, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay: $22.00/hour
Job Summary
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of office, warehouse, and facility areas
- Perform routine janitorial duties and light handyman work
- Support facility operations by ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment
Key Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize facility areas
- Clean restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
- Empty trash and recycling containers
- Maintain cleanliness of exterior walkways and grounds
- Perform light maintenance and handyman tasks as needed
- Replace light bulbs and perform minor repairs
- Assist with basic plumbing, painting, and facility upkeep
- Report maintenance issues to management
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work environment
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- Basic handyman or facility maintenance experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
- Good organizational and time management skills
