Job Summary

• Responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of multiple industrial facilities
• Perform janitorial duties, facility maintenance, and light handyman work
• Assist with building repairs, equipment maintenance, and general facility operations
• Ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and a "fix-it" mentality

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily janitorial duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
• Maintain offices, common areas, restrooms, warehouses, and grounds
• Track cleaning supply inventory and submit replenishment requests
• Perform building and grounds maintenance and repairs
• Assist with equipment setup, relocation, and preventive maintenance
• Maintain repair logs, inspection records, and maintenance documentation
• Replace light bulbs and perform basic electrical repairs
• Repair sinks, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures
• Perform minor HVAC maintenance and repairs
• Operate and maintain maintenance-related power tools and equipment
• Pressure wash, sweep, shovel, and maintain exterior areas as needed
• Collect and dispose of trash and debris throughout the property
• Repair walls, paint surfaces, ceilings, flooring, and building fixtures
• Install shelving, racks, hardware, locks, and wall-mounted items
• Assist with repairs to conveyors, forklifts, and material handling equipment as needed
• Communicate maintenance needs and repair status to management
• Support other departments with facility-related projects when necessary

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, maintenance, or facilities experience preferred
• Industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Experience with basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance and equipment issues
• Experience working with vendors and contractors is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift experience preferred
