- Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed
- Comfortable working from ladders or step stools to complete cleaning duties
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between multiple buildings
- Ability to safely handle cleaning products and follow workplace safety procedures
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience is helpful but not required
Custodian ResponsibilitiesAs a Custodian, you will help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility. Duties include:
- Cleaning and sanitizing floors, restrooms, breakrooms, windows, and office areas
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
- Emptying trash and recycling containers and replacing liners
- Operating custodial equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and buffers
- Restocking cleaning and restroom supplies as needed
- Safely using cleaning chemicals and following all safety guidelines
- Identifying and reporting maintenance or safety concerns
- Maintaining a clean, orderly, and professional environment
Schedule and Pay
- Full-Time
- Monday through Friday
- 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
- Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour
- Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
