• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable using ladders or step stools to clean elevated surfaces
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness

Janitorial Worker Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize floors, restrooms, breakrooms, windows, and office areas
• Remove trash and recycling and replace liners as needed
• Operate custodial equipment such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and buffers
• Safely use cleaning products and chemicals according to company guidelines
• Clean high surfaces using ladders or step stools when needed
• Complete assigned cleaning schedules and checklists
• Work independently and collaborate with team members to maintain facility cleanliness
• Follow supervisor instructions and all company safety policies
