The Panther Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitor / Housekeeping Associate to help maintain clean, safe, and organized commercial facilities. This is a great opportunity for candidates who take pride in cleanliness, reliability, and supporting a professional work environment.

This role is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, stocking, and maintaining building spaces to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
What You’ll Do
  • Perform general cleaning and sanitizing duties throughout commercial buildings
  • Clean and disinfect:
    • Bathrooms
    • Offices
    • Common areas
    • Frequently touched surfaces such as desks, door handles, and railings
  • Vacuum and maintain floors, rugs, and furniture
  • Restock restroom and facility supplies, including:
    • Paper towels
    • Toilet paper
    • Soap and related items
  • Empty trash and waste containers
  • Use cleaning carts and supplies safely and efficiently
  • Identify and report maintenance or repair issues when noticed
  • Follow workplace safety guidelines, including proper use of cleaning chemicals
  • Support additional housekeeping duties as assigned
What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0–1 year of janitorial, housekeeping, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision
  • Respect for privacy and discretion in professional environments
  • Basic understanding of workplace cleanliness and sanitation standards
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift 20+ pounds as needed
  • Comfortable working in environments with dust, cleaning products, and occasional heat exposure
Preferred Qualifications
  • Commercial cleaning or janitorial experience
  • Knowledge of safe chemical handling practices
  • Experience in office, industrial, or facility housekeeping environments

Pay is $17.50 per hour.
