Janitor Associate (1st Shift)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (possible overtime)
Pay: $17.50/hour (weekly pay)
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas by following all safety rules and procedures.
- Safely lift, load, and move materials as needed to support daily operations.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Pack, palletize, and prepare products for distribution according to process requirements.
- Learn to operate machinery and assist with process improvements aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing downtime.
- Cross-train on various plant roles to support team flexibility and coverage.
- Complete necessary reports accurately and on time.
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in a noisy environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and assist with machinery operation
- Strong attention to detail, with a consistent commitment to safety and quality
