Job Description: Part-Time Janitor – Women’s Clinic

Position: Part-Time Janitor
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–5:30 PM (4 hours/day, 16 hours/week)
Location: Women’s Clinic (confidential address provided upon hire)

About the Role

Our women’s clinic is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and staff. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values consistency, and enjoys contributing to a supportive healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, waiting areas, exam rooms, and staff spaces
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Restock restroom supplies and paper goods
• Wipe down high-touch surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment
• Maintain cleaning equipment and notify management of needed repairs or supply restocking
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and confidentiality guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and reaching
• Commitment to maintaining a respectful and private environment for patients

Compensation

• $19 per hour
• Part-time schedule with consistent hours
