Janitor/Laundry Attendant (Custodian)

Shifts Available: 1st (6:00AM- 2:30PM or 7:00AM- 3:30PM) & 3rd (9:00 PM- 5:30 AM)
Pay Range: $16.50 - $18.50

Job Description: 

• Respond promptly to spills and cleaning emergencies
• Support special cleaning projects as assigned
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, hallways, and common areas (includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming etc.)
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues
• Follow safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelines
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper

• Ability to walk throughout the facility for extended periods and safely ascend and descend multiple flights of stairs.
• Custodial or Janitorial background preferred but not required 
• Positive attitude and able to work well with others
• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Position is 100% on Plant Floor
• Food safety training will be provided and is not required for employment
• Able to work in changing environmental conditions (such as temperature and noise)
