Janitor / Custodian – Production & Warehouse Facility

We are seeking a dependable Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment across offices, warehouse, and production areas. This is a hands-on, safety-sensitive role essential to daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Clean offices, warehouse areas, restrooms, cafeterias, and break rooms
Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, wax, and polish floors using industrial equipment
Empty trash, recycling, corrugated, and plastics into proper compactors
Clean windows, walls, light fixtures, and mirrors
Sanitize bathrooms and common areas
Operate balers and ensure trash lines are operational
Report spills, safety issues, and maintenance needs
Monitor and request cleaning supplies
Follow GMPs, safety standards, and company policies
Requirements
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to lift 50+ lbs. and stand/walk for long periods
Comfortable working in hot or cold warehouse conditions
