Janitor/Light Maintenance

Hours:
Mon-Fri 6:00am-4:30pm, 8-hour shifts, flexible start/end times
Candidate will be required to work 1 Saturday a month, 6:00am-11:00am
Pay:
$20.00/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Sweeping/mopping of office and shop floors
Washing walls
Cleaning machinery
Cleaning restrooms
Changing filters
Clearing snow or debris from sidewalks and walkways
Other janitorial/light maintenance duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Previous custodial/light maintenance experience
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with general facilities maintenance
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Prior custodial or maintenance experience
Other Requirements:
Ability to work on-site
Physically capable of lifting up to 50lbs
