Janitor/Light Maintenance

Hours: Mon-Fri 6:00am-4:30pm, 8-hour shifts, with flexibility on start and end times. Candidate will be required to work 1 Saturday a month, 6:00am-11:00am.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00/hr based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sweeping and mopping of office and shop floors
Washing walls
Cleaning machinery
Cleaning restrooms
Changing filters
Clearing snow or debris from sidewalks and walkways
Performing other janitorial/light maintenance duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Previous custodial/light maintenance experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience operating cleaning machinery
Knowledge of safety protocols
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Custodial or maintenance experience preferred
Other Requirements:
Ability to work on-site
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
