Job Duties:

• Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC chiller systems

• Checking refrigerant levels, pressures, temperatures, and efficiency

• Performing preventive maintenance

• Diagnosing mechanical/electrical problems

• Working with building automation systems

• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements:

• Ability to work with other crew members
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
