Hours
Monday-Friday, 6:00am-4:30pm, 8-hour shifts. The client can be flexible with start and end times. Candidates will be required to work one Saturday per month, 6:00am-11:00am.
Pay
$20.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
General shop upkeep and maintenance
Change belts, filters, bearings, etc., on machinery
Clean machinery and work area
Change light bulbs and perform other light fixtures repairs
Repair doors, walls, and other building components
Clear snow and debris from sidewalks and walkways
Perform janitorial and light maintenance duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Previous maintenance experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail
Effective communication skills
Nice to Have Skills
Basic mechanical skills
Experience with light electrical or plumbing work
Preferred Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior maintenance or janitorial experience
Other Requirements
Ability to work on-site
Ability to work a flexible schedule including one Saturday per month
