What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervising janitorial staff and ensuring high cleaning standards are met.
• Training new employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
• Conducting regular inspections to maintain quality assurance.
• Coordinating schedules and managing daily operations.
• Handling customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
