Job Description

We believe that the cleanliness of our facilities is a fundamental part of the exceptional experiences we offer to both our valued team members and guests. As a Janitor, you wont just be cleaning; youll be crafting an atmosphere of comfort, hygiene, and safety that sets the stage for unforgettable moments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Pick up and remove trash from designated areas.
• Replace supplies in restrooms, food prep areas, and other designated locations.
• Dust surfaces both high and low to maintain a tidy appearance.
• Polish surfaces to enhance the overall cleanliness and aesthetics.
• Clean glass and mirrors to provide a clear and welcoming environment.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms thoroughly and regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness in food preparation areas, cafeterias, and break areas.
• Clean and sanitize refrigerators and microwaves to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Keep janitorial carts and equipment in top working condition.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.
• Keep janitorial closets organized and well-maintained.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored appropriately.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to janitorial duties.
• Follow safety protocols to create a secure working environment for all.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a friendly and positive demeanor.
• Possesses a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be comfortable working in a variety of outdoor weather conditions (i.e., hot, cold, wet, humid, etc.)
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds.

• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
