Part-Time Janitor – Upland, CA

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Janitor to clean an office facility in Upland, CA. This position works alongside another janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment.


Schedule


Monday – Friday
7:30 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.
4 hours per day / 20 hours per week


Starting Pay


$17.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
  
  
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas.
  
  
• Clean surfaces, desks, countertops, glass, fixtures, and sinks as assigned.
  
  
• Empty trash bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
  
  
• Properly use cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment.
  
  
• Keep cleaning equipment in good working condition and report any maintenance issues.
  
  
• Follow all safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  
  
• Work efficiently with a coworker to ensure all assigned areas are completed within the scheduled shift.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
  
  
• Familiarity with cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment.
  
  
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to consistently work the Monday–Friday schedule.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
  
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift.
  
  
• Good time-management skills and ability to complete assigned duties efficiently.
