Janitor / Office & Warehouse Cleaner

Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of office and warehouse areas. This position will handle daily cleaning duties while also assisting with meeting cleanup, organization, and light interior decorating or setup projects.

The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workplace and is comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain office and warehouse areas.

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, sinks, counters, and common areas.

• Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility.

• Clean breakrooms, conference rooms, and shared spaces.

• Set up and clean up conference rooms and common areas before and after meetings.

• Wipe down desks, tables, doors, fixtures, and other surfaces.

• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.

• Assist with light interior decorating, seasonal decorations, and facility setup.

• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in an organized manner.

• Report maintenance, safety, or facility concerns to management.

• Assist with additional housekeeping and facility-related projects as needed.

Requirements

• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, commercial cleaning, or facility cleaning experience preferred.

• Comfortable cleaning both office and warehouse environments.

• Ability to work independently and stay on task throughout the day.

• Strong attention to detail and organization.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.

• Ability to safely use standard cleaning products and equipment.
