Janitor Part-time -Phoenix, AZ (N. 44th St.)

Position: Janitor
Location: 2910 N. 44th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85018 (Office Building) 

Type: Part-Time, Monday - Friday Schedule from 5pm – 9pm

Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card Required (IVP, Level 1)

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitors to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and organization of this facility. Key Responsibilities:

•            Clean and sanitize office spaces, restrooms, hallways, and common areas daily.

•            Empty trash and recycling bins.

•            Sweep, mop, auto scrub, and vacuum floors.

•            Dust fixtures, clean glass.

•            Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

•            Report maintenance or safety concerns to the facilities team.

•            Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.

Qualifications:

•            Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.

•             Must be able to use floor machines such as, burnisher, slow speed, auto scrubber and carpet extractor. 

•             Strong attention to detail and reliability.

•            Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•            Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

•            A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed.

•            Must pass background check and adhere to OMEX and safety protocols.

•            Must be 18 years or older
