We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for our office in Perth Amboy, NJ. This position requires approximately 2 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
Pay rate is $16.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize office areas, restrooms, and common spaces
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and wipe down desks, countertops, and other surfaces
- Clean interior windows and glass surfaces
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners
- Restock restroom supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to management
- Follow all safety procedures and cleaning protocols
Qualifications:
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform routine physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking
- Dependable transportation and punctual attendance
