We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our Manufacturing team in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in janitorial work, with a strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining a safe and orderly work environment. Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming warehouse floors to maintain cleanliness.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas to ensure a hygienic environment for employees.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials in designated areas according to company procedures.
• Monitor waste receptacles and empty them regularly to prevent overflow and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure that all cleaning activities are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
• Maintain janitorial equipment in good working condition by performing routine inspections and cleaning as needed.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or damage to the supervisor for repair or replacement.
• Keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment inventory and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
• Assist with receiving and stocking cleaning supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with other warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow and support overall warehouse operations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to address any cleaning-related concerns or requests.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a janitor or cleaner, preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

All positions require passing a mandatory pre-employment drug & alcohol screening and background check.

Shift:

M-F: 10:30 am - 7pm
