Paradigm Building Maintenance is looking for a reliable and hardworking Janitor to join our team in Tukwila, WA! Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff floors using standard janitorial equipment
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, and fixtures
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly

Requirements:

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to operate floor buffers, vacuums, and other cleaning equipment
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation standards, and safe handling procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to pass a background check
