Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Saturday | Day Shift

What You Need

• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safe cleaning practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in conduct and appearance.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 15 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks, including bending, standing, walking, and reaching.
• Background in Pharma.

What You'll Do Every Day

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors all around the building
• Restock and clean restrooms
• Tidy up offices, cubicles, and common areas
• Grab trash from all areas and keep things organized
• Sanitize desks, railings, and high-touch spots
• Use cleaning tools
• Keep stairways, hallways, and breakrooms spotless
