What You'll Do as a Janitor:- Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and scrubbing in office and facility areas
- Dust and clean furniture including desks, files, chairs, and fixtures
- Wash walls, ceilings, windows, and woodwork
- Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
- Collect and remove trash and recyclable materials throughout the facility
- Move equipment and furniture to support thorough cleaning efforts
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, stairways, and designated facility areas
- Perform general housekeeping and support cleaning tasks as assigned
What You Need to Bring to the Janitor Role:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in custodial cleaning and minor maintenance in a commercial facility
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, and techniques
- Ability to use ladders, hand tools, and cleaning equipment safely
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various environments
