We are looking for a Janitor to carry out cleaning duties for our location at 600 Rolfs Avenue. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
- May start later if needed.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and supply designated building areas (i.e. dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order according to contract specifications
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects, as needed
Skills:
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Previous work experience as a janitor, helpful
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, helpful
Job Type: Part-time
