Pay: $17.00–$19.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Help Maintain a Clean, Safe, and Productive Workplace

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Worker to join our team. In this role, you will play an important part in maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment throughout our facility for employees, visitors, and customers.

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, production areas, and other common spaces

• Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, scrubbing, and disinfecting surfaces

• Sanitize high-touch areas such as door handles, vending machines, time clocks, handrails, and shared equipment

• Collect, remove, and dispose of trash and recycling throughout the facility

• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed

• Conduct routine facility inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained

• Report maintenance concerns or supply needs to management

• Follow all safety procedures and company cleaning protocols

What We're Looking For

• Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or industrial cleaning experience

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment

• Ability to work independently and manage daily cleaning responsibilities

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial or commercial cleaning experience

• Experience with sanitation procedures and cleaning chemicals

• Familiarity with maintaining cleanliness in manufacturing or production environments

Work Environment

This position is based in a professional industrial facility and involves cleaning both office and production areas. The work is active and requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the facility during the shift. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
