Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Refill restroom and kitchen supplies, such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including break rooms and lobbies
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals according to company guidelines
- Notify management of any maintenance issues or repairs needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
