Festival Grounds & Waste Management Staff

Pay: $16.00 per hour

We are currently hiring reliable and hardworking team members to assist with festival operations and site maintenance. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain event experience, work in a fast-paced environment, and potentially secure future employment opportunities with our team.

Event Dates & Example Shift Times

June 17–18
Example shifts may include:

• 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM
• 4:30 PM – 10:30 PM

June 19–20
Example shifts may include:

• 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM
• 4:30 PM – 11:30 PM

Please note: These are example shift times only. Actual schedules may vary, and shifts may be combined based on event needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness throughout festival grounds
• Empty and replace trash bags in waste and recycling receptacles
• Assist with trash collection and disposal throughout the event
• Help maintain safe, clean, and presentable public areas
• Support general event operations and site maintenance as needed

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting and carrying trash bags
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
