Janitorial Cleaner (Blue Ash, OH - Part Time)

NSG, Inc. is currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Janitorial Cleaner for a large office facility located in Blue Ash, OH. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients.Must be able to work the following set of days/hours:Monday through Friday from 5:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. (20 Hours Per Week)Compensation:Competitive rate of pay: $15.00 per hour.Weekly pay every Friday.Responsibilities:Wiping down and disinfecting surfaces, including restrooms, to maintain a hygienic workspace.Dusting, sweeping, and mopping to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.Efficient removal and disposal of trash to uphold a pristine atmosphere.Prompt reporting of any maintenance needs observed during working hours.Qualifications:Must know how to use common cleaning implements such as mops, brooms, dust pans, cleaning supplies.Ability to lift 25 lbs.Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning solutions.Detail-oriented and thorough.Ability to work during the specified hours.Effective verbal communication skills.Ability to interact with employees, customers, visitors, vendors, clients while remaining professional, polite, and courteous.Equal Opportunity Employer: NSG, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
