SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday | 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM
PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly - Every Friday
Frantz Building Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and professional factory environment. This position is responsible for cleaning office spaces, common areas, break rooms, restrooms, and facility entrances while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Lobby & Entrance Areas
- Empty trash receptacles
- Spot clean interior and exterior glass surfaces
- Clean entry doors and entry glass
- Spot clean surfaces to remove smudges, fingerprints, and marks
- Vacuum entrance mats
- Dust mop hard surface floors
- Damp mop hard surface floors
- Spot vacuum carpeted areas
- Detail vacuum and dusting weekly
Offices
- Empty trash receptacles
- Spot clean glass and partitions
- Spot dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Remove smudges, fingerprints, and marks from surfaces
- Dust mop hard surface floors
- Damp mop hard surface floors
- Spot vacuum carpeted areas
- Detail dusting monthly
Conference Rooms
- Empty trash receptacles
- Spot clean glass surfaces
- Spot dust furniture and fixtures
- Remove fingerprints, smudges, and marks from surfaces
- Dust mop hard surface floors
- Damp mop hard surface floors
- Spot vacuum carpeted areas
- Clean coffee stations and fixtures daily
- Detail cleaning weekly
- Detail dusting monthly
Break Rooms
- Empty trash receptacles
- Spot clean glass surfaces
- Spot dust furniture and fixtures
- Remove fingerprints, smudges, and marks from surfaces
- Dust mop hard surface floors
- Damp mop hard surface floors
- Spot vacuum carpeted areas
- Arrange chairs around tables
- Clean and sanitize tables and chairs
- Clean and sanitize counters, fixtures, and appliance exteriors
- Clean coffee and beverage stations daily
- Check and restock supplies as needed
- Detail cleaning weekly
- Detail dusting monthly
Restrooms
- Empty trash receptacles
- Spot clean walls, doors, and stall partitions
- Dust surfaces and vents
- Clean, sanitize, and polish restroom fittings
- Clean mirrors
- Clean and sanitize dispensers and trash receptacles
- Clean and sanitize countertops, sinks, and fixtures
- Restock paper products, soap, and other supplies as needed
- Dust mop floors
- Damp mop and sanitize floors
Office Hallways
- Empty trash receptacles
- Spot clean glass surfaces
- Spot dust fixtures and surfaces
- Remove fingerprints, smudges, and marks from surfaces
- Dust mop hard surface floors
- Damp mop hard surface floors
- Spot vacuum carpeted areas
- Detail dusting monthly
Stairwells
- Spot clean glass surfaces
- Spot dust handrails, ledges, and fixtures
- Remove fingerprints, smudges, and marks from surfaces
- Dust mop hard surface floors
- Damp mop hard surface floors
- Spot vacuum carpeted areas when applicable
- Detail dusting monthly
Outdoor Break Areas
- Empty trash receptacles
- Clean and sanitize all tables and chairs
- Sweep walkways and seating areas
- Remove litter, leaves, and other debris
Qualifications:
- Previous janitorial experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance
- Must maintain a positive appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
Requirements:
- Steel toed boots or shoes
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 25 - 50 Lbs
