Janitorial Cleaner - Owensboro - PT (Office)

Position Details:

POSITION TYPE: Part - Time

PAY RATE: $14.00/ Hr

SCHEDULE: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday | Time of shift is flexible.

PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly - Every Friday

Position Summary

Our Office requires a dependable, detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and professional appearance across all three floors of the building. This role includes daily cleaning of offices, common areas, bathrooms, stairwells, and specialty spaces such as the conference room and library.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• 1st Floor Lobby — Empty trash, clean glass surfaces, ensure entryway is free of cobwebs and dust, dust all furniture, vacuum carpeted areas and entry mat, dust mop hardwood floors.

• Individual Offices — Empty trash, spot-clean glass, vacuum office floors, dust office furniture and surfaces.

• Bathroom Cleaning — Clean and sanitize all 5 bathrooms; restock supplies; take out trash; sanitize toilets, sinks, handles, and counters; clean mirrors; spot-clean stall doors; damp mop bathroom floors.

• Elevator Cleaning — Vacuum elevator floor and wipe down stainless-steel surfaces.

• Kitchen Area — Remove trash, clean and sanitize counters, handles, and all kitchen surfaces; damp mop 2nd-floor kitchen and bathroom floors.

• Stairwells — Vacuum front and back stairwells; remove cobwebs and dust from front windows; dust all stairwell surfaces.

• 3rd Floor Conference Room — Damp mop hard-surface floors and maintain a clean meeting environment.

• 3rd Floor Library — Dust all surfaces including window sills; perform special floor care with no water used on library flooring.

• Reliable and punctual

• Ability to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical cleaning duties
