Harris ML Group/MDM Flawless Finish are authorized franchises with Jani-King commercial cleaning services. We are seeking a janitorial technician to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
Responsibilities:
Keep medical facility in clean and orderly condition
Perform routine cleaning maintenance tasks
Organize custodial closets and spaces
Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
May perform periodic heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors
Work up to 12 hours per week
Qualifications:
Ability to stand for 2-3 hours consecutively.
Ability to handle a physical workload.
Ability to lift 15 lbs.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Commerical cleaning experience is highly desired but not mandatory.
