Harris ML Group/MDM Flawless Finish is an authorized franchise(s) with Jani-King commercial cleaning services. We are seeking a janitorial technician to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
Responsibilities:
Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, removing trash and disinfecting surfaces daily
Perform routine maintenance tasks
Organize custodial closets and spaces
Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
Hours per week are based on facility location.
Qualifications:
Ability to stand for 2 hours consecutively.
Ability to handle a physical workload.
Ability to lift 15 lbs.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Commerical cleaning experience is highly desired but not mandatory.
Must be able to work independently and without daily supervision
