Description: Janitor / General Labor 1st Shift Shift: 1st Shift 4am -12:30pm , Monday Friday Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Location: Elk Grove Village, IL We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Janitor / General Labor Associate to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position that includes janitorial duties as well as assisting in other departments as needed. Responsibilities: * Clean and maintain kitchen and restroom areas * Sweep and mop production and common areas * Assist the Paint Department when needed * Assist with assembly and general production tasks * Build pallets and use a nail gun safely and efficiently * Support various departments as business needs require * Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Requirements: * Previous janitorial or general labor experience preferred * Experience using a nail gun and building pallets is a plus * Willingness to cross-train and assist in multiple departments * Dependable, team-oriented, and flexible * Safety-conscious with a strong attention to detail * Manufacturing experience preferred Associate can report any hazards and concerns to the Illinois Department of Labor by call the Department s Day and Temporary Labor Services Act toll-free hotline at 1-877-314-7052 or email at DOL.DayLabor@illinois.gov Total Talent Resources and QFS does not provide any transportation resources or meals for our associates during any assignments.
