Janitorial Floater

The Cleaning Floater provides janitorial and light facility support across multiple client sites within a 10-mile radius of Pittsburgh, PA. This role fills in for call-offs, vacations, special projects, and service-level needs, ensuring each location meets cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards.

Shifts: 

Must be willing to work flexible hours.

Cleaning Floater Responsibilities Include, but not limited to: 

• Cleaning of multiple buildings in the Pittsburgh, PA area.
• Cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, dusting and trash removal.
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. 

Requirements: 

• Experience with cleaning commercial buildings a plus but not required.
• Must have the ability to work with other crew members.
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel between multiple locations within a 10-mile radius of Pittsburgh.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Must be able to accept short-notice assignment changes when feasible and communicate availability promptly.
