The Janitorial position is about:

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, booths, and high-touch surfaces
• Polish silverware and assist with dish area organization
• Maintain cleanliness of storage areas and walk-ins
• Restock dining room items (napkins, condiments, to-go supplies, etc.)
• Ensure service stations remain clean, stocked, and organized
• Adheres to all Perry’s Steakhouse and Grille safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
