The Janitorial position is about:
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, booths, and high-touch surfaces
- Polish silverware and assist with dish area organization
- Maintain cleanliness of storage areas and walk-ins
- Restock dining room items (napkins, condiments, to-go supplies, etc.)
- Ensure service stations remain clean, stocked, and organized
- Adheres to all Perry’s Steakhouse and Grille safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
