Janitorial Housekeeping Professional

ServiceMaster of Allegany County is currently hiring for a part-time, evening janitorial service provider in Cumberland, MD. The position would entail utilizing a company vehicle with a crew to travel to multiple locations throughout the area to perform janitorial cleaning tasks after business hours. Shift report time begins at 4:30pm 4 days a week. Week days will vary depending on the projected work evening. Shift end time varies depending on the schedule for the evening.

Tasks include but are not limited to the following:

Damp-wiping and sanitizing flat surfaces, furniture, shelves, etc.

Emptying trash receptacles / replacing liners

Sanitizing and cleaning restrooms

Vacuuming carpeted surfaces

Sweeping and damp-mopping hard floor surfaces

Cleaning interior windows / ledges / blinds

High/low dusting

Applicant Requirements:

MUST have valid drivers license and be able to drive to each location independently

Must be willing to complete a background check

Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
