Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team in Farmers Branch, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment in a professional setting.
Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
Clean windows, doors, and other surfaces as needed
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor
Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Previous custodial or janitorial experience required
Must be able to pass a background check
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Attention to detail and a positive attitude
