Janitorial Independent Contractor

We are currently looking for Independent Contractors to partner with to help meet the needs of our clients, either for Janitorial Services or Non-Janitorial Services (Handyman, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Pressure Washing and Window Washing, Flooring, Painting, Landscape, etc.). City Wide of Austin can help your business grow, focus on the work, not on selling and collecting on the accounts, and most importantly, increase your income.

Requirements

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Valid Business License, LLC or Inc
• Worker's Compensation Insurance
• General Liability Insurance and Non-Owned Auto
• Federal EIN #
• W-9
• Other verifiable business
• 18 years of age minimum
• Favorable background investigation results
• You can not be a sole proprietor
